As a firm believer in learning from the best, I’ve always made it a point to take away one positive quality from the many leaders and mentors who were generous enough to have kept me under their wing. As a creative leader, I love solving problems at all levels, from cracking global pitch briefs and creating ideal media flight plans, to understanding our audience’s appetite, and even deciding what’s for lunch at work today.

I feel fortunate to have gone through vastly different eras where Flash© disappeared in a flash, Facebook became the new social literature, #Insta became everything inspirational, and TikTok became so huge that it’s on the verge of being banned. These periods taught me that there is no definite formula for creativity and results – being adaptive is key in this age of marketing; and that’s why I’ll always find new channels to tell old stories.
